Question: I cannot remember my password. How to recover it?
Intrebare: Nu imi amintesc parola. Cum o recuperez?
Answer: Click on "[Log In]" link from top of the menu. In the log in page click on "Forgot your password?" link. Then enter your email address associated with your account and press "Recover Pasword" button.
Raspuns: Faceti click pe link-ul "[Log In]" situat deasupra meniului. In pagina de log in faceti click pe link-ul "Forgot your password?". Apoi introduceti adresa de email asociata contului dvs. si apasati butonul "Recover Pasword".
Question: When I try to log in I get the error "Check your User/Password". What should I do?
Intrebare: Cand incerc sa ma autentific primesc urmatoarea eroare"Check your User/Password". Cum trebuie sa procedez?
Answer: If you try to copy/paste your password at log in, it may not work due to a supplementary space character automatically appended on selected text in some cases. Please type in your password from keyboard in order to avoid log in errors. The password is case sensitive.
Raspuns: Daca folositi cumva copy/paste pentru completarea parolei trebuie sa aveti grija ca sa nu aveti vreun spatiu suplimentar. Preferabil ar fi sa completati aceste date manual, de la tastatura. De asemenea marimea literei este importanta intrucat majusculele sunt considerate diferite de literele mici.
Question: When I click on some buttons or links nothing happens. What sould I do?
Intrebare: Cand apas unele butoane sau link-uri nu se intampla nimic. Ce trebuie sa fac?
Answer: There may be a problem caused by your browser or a pop-up blocker.
If you use Internet Explorer 8 (IE 8) on Windows XP, then you should know that this version is not fully compatible with our platform. If you are using a more recent Windows operating system you should check if you have Internet Explorer version 9 (IE 9) or later, otherwise it is necessary to update your operating system. Also, when you access our platform using IE 9 (or IE 10), you should disable "Compatibility View" option.
If the measures described above do not solve your problem, please try using one of the other browsers we tested:
• Google Chrome - can be installed without the need of administrative rights. You can download it at: www.google.com/chrome
• Mozilla Firefox - requires administrative privileges to install. Can be downloaded from: www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
Raspuns: Problema intampinata se datoreaza cel mai probabil browser-ului de internet pe care il utilizati sau unui pop-up blocker.
Daca utilizati Internet Explorer 8 (IE 8) pe sistem de operare Windows XP, atunci trebuie sa stiti ca versiunea respectiva (IE 8) nu este perfect compatibila cu platforma noastra. Daca utilizati un sistem de operare Windows mai recent, verificati daca aveti Internet Explorer versiunea 9 (IE 9) sau mai recent, in caz contrar fiind necesar sa va actualizati sistemul. De asemenea, cand accesati platforma noastra folosind IE 9 (sau IE 10) trebuie sa dezactivati optiunea "Compatibility View".
Daca masurile descrise anterior nu rezolva problema, incercati sa utilizati unul din celelalte browsere testate de noi:
• Google Chrome pe care il puteti instala pe calculatorul dvs., fara a avea nevoie de drepturi administrative. Il puteti descarca de la adresa: www.google.com/chrome
• Mozilla Firefox pe care il puteti descarca de la adresa www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ cu mentiunea ca este posibil sa vi se solicite la instalare drepturi de administrator.
